Q. What is a treeetmags account?
A. A treeetmags account allows you to access and read your purchases on multiple devices; including PC and Mac, Apple devices (e.g. iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch) and Android. You can see what formats your favourite title is available for on the magazine’s page on treeetmags. An account also protects your purchases in the case of a lost or stolen device.
Q. How long will my order(s) take to arrive?
A. Your purchases will be available immediately under the ‘My Magazines’ section
of treeetmags online and in ‘My Library’ on the apps. If for any reason this is
not the case please contact
support@treeetmags.com.au
Q. I’ve ordered a subscription when will it start?
A. Subscriptions start from the first new issue released after you take out your subscription. On the iPad and iPhone you can use your subscription credits to download back issues by clicking on the purchase option for the issue in question, you will then be asked if you wish to use a subscription credit. If you would like to use some of your subscription as ‘credits’ for back issues on the PC/ Mac please contact
support@treeetmags.com.au with your username (email) and which issues you would like.
Q. Why are my purchases not showing up on my new/ other device?
A. You need to login to your treeetmags account on each app and device which you use. This will then sync your purchases.
Apple apps:
Q. How do I download the app for my title?
A. If an app is available for your favourite title the App Store logo will appear on that title’s page on treeetmags, simply click on the logo to go through to the App Store. Each app comes with one issue included in the price.
Q. My app won’t load past the splash page, how can I fix this?
A. Simply delete the app (by holding your finger on the app logo until it wobbles and then clicking the cross) and then redownload it from the App Store (this will be free of charge as the purchase is linked to your iTunes account).
Q. I’ve made a purchase but the issue/ subscription hasn’t appeared in my account.
A. If you haven’t already, please register a treeetmags account by clicking login/register in the top right corner of the app homepage and then contact
support@treeetmags.com.au stating your username and the problem.
Q. I’ve downloaded an issue but it won’t load/ has wrong/ missing pages, what do I do?
A. Please delete the issue and redownload it – to do this click ‘My Library’ on the iPad and click the red cross next to the issue in question, on the iPhone click on the issue name and then select delete from the sub menu. If this doesn’t resolve the problem please contact support@treeetmags.com.au with details of the problem.
Q. I’m getting a connection error when I try to setup a new account, what can I do?
A. In this case the best thing to do is sign up at
www.treeetmags.com.au/register.aspx and then login to the app using these account details.
Q. Why do I need to pay to download the app?
A. The app comes with one issue of your choice included. Further single issues or subscriptions can be purchased within the app. If you are buying the app having made purchases on treeetmags already be sure to select an issue you don’t already have as your included issue!
Android apps:
Q. How do I download the app for my title?
A. If an app is available for your favourite title the Marketplace logo will appear on that title’s page on treeetmags, simply click on the logo to go through to the app page for that title. Each app comes with one issue included in the price.
Q. How do I login to my treeetmags account on the Android apps?
A. The Android apps will prompt you to login/ register on start-up.
treeetmags online info:
Single items
Single items are delivered shortly after your payment is completed and will appear in the Magazines section of your account. Some items can require extra processing time and may take up to 24 hours to appear. You will receive a confirmation email from treeetmags and receipt email during this period. Please contact us if you item does not appear within 24 hours.
Subscriptions
Subscription items are delivered the same way as single items with the content served according to the publisher's schedule over the period advertised (for example, a publisher may publish their editions to your subscription once a month, twice a month, or bi-monthly). Once purchased you will see the subscription in the subscriptions tab in your account and any publications available to you from this subscription. New publications are added by the subscription publisher according to their own schedule and each time new publications are added you will receive a notification email with confirmation of your new item.
If you purchase a subscription you will have access to previous issues once the subscription ends, but will not receive any new issues.
Credit Card Retention:
Treeet Mags does not keep your credit card information on file after your transactions are complete. Each transaction that you make will be sent to Barclays - where your credit card information is stored.
Technical:
Digital issues are viewed in-browser and require an active connection and the latest Flash player. Pages cannot be printed.
